Palm Island Resort Fitness Center

Our fitness center includes:

  • 4-stack multi station with chest press, lat pull, leg press, shoulder press, low pulley, and tricep pull down
  • three treadmills
  • one elliptical
  • one recumbent bike
  • one stationary bike
  • dumbbells up to 30 pounds

Exercise balls and steps are available and classes are held during our season with water aerobics, weights, and Pilates. Our full body sculpt classes include weights, bands, and fit ball.
