Art is a certified USPTA Elite Professional, as well as a IPTPA Pickleball Certified Instructor. He is originally from Hawaii, graduate of the University of Hawaii in Hilo, where he played #1 singles and doubles for all 4 years. In 2014, he was inducted into the school’s Athletic Hall of Fame for his tennis accomplishments. Art has managed tennis programs in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the Caribbean, and the United States.
